The purpose of this video recording is to capture and preserve your personal story, experiences, and perspectives as part of Vision Gaspé-Percé Now! Community Chronicles. These recordings may be published through YouTube on the Vision Gaspé-Percé Now! website and Bonfyre Media to share your narrative with the public.
Use of Recordings and Information
By providing your consent, you grant Community Chronicles the non-exclusive right to:
- Use your image, voice, and any personal details you provide in the recorded video
- Edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display or perform your recorded narrative
- Include your name, location, and other identifying information with the published video, unless you indicate otherwise
Ownership and Copyright
You retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to your personal narrative and story. Community Chronicles agrees to properly credit you as the owner/creator of the content. As a non-profit organization, Community Chronicles will not profit from or commercialize the published video.
Withdrawal and Anonymity
You have the right to request edits or withdrawal of your video recording at any time. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can request that your name and other identifying details be omitted from the published content.
