The NPI Map
The Networking and Partnership Initiative (NPI) is a program designed to support Quebec’s minority English-speaking communities in improving and maintaining access to the full range of Health and Social Services. Funding for this program is provided by Health Canada and the project is managed by CHSSN.
Through NPI, Vision runs a majority of our popular programs, including:
- Wellness Centres
- Isolated Seniors
- Community Health and Education Program (CHEP)
- Bright Beginnings
- Youth Mental Health Initiative
Twice a year, all of the NPI’s get together to share, grow, and learn.
